The 21st century is the century of the brain. Applied neuroscience is a fast growing field that helps managers and businesses to make decisions and take actions on brain-based rules that govern human behaviour. Neuroscience helped increase our understanding of many aspects of human behaviour, like leadership, motivation, decision making, etc. In short, it helped us to understand how people (within organizations) relate to each other and of course how people react to change.
NeuroManagement on Board: Understanding how to manage human relationships & change was a unique workshop with international professors, experts in the sphere of neuromanagement.
This workshop is about understanding human relationships and change through neuroscience and it targets to help managers to develop new aspects of leadership responses in modern organizations. In particular, it aims to help executives to: realise the need of changing leadership behaviour in modern organizations; develop their minds in leading change process with their organizations; understand and lead their people based on brain-based concepts.
Based on neuroscience and behavioural science, it targets to uncover ways to boost managers’ leadership capabilities and prepare them in adjusting their behaviour for challenging business environments.
Methods: training sessions, simulation experiments, exercises, short case-studies.
