Applied neuroscience is a fast growing field that helps managers and businesses to make decisions and take actions on brain-based rules that govern human behaviour. Neuroscience helped increase our understanding of many aspects of human behaviour, like leadership, motivation, decision making, etc. In short, it helped us to understand how people (within organizations) relate to each other and of course how people react to change.
